If you ship to the US at volume, this app can save you thousands of hours.

The team behind it responds to emails quickly, and they were honestly great at resolving the minor issues we had at the start. We’ve been using the app for a few months now, and I can confidently say it’s a 100% recommendation from us.

To be completely fair, the app does have some minor flaws, but for us it’s been very manageable. After we finish buying labels, we log in, adjust the few shipments that weren’t sent properly, and it takes about five minutes a day. That’s compared to the few hours we used to spend manually creating FDA Prior Notice documents for each product in each order.

It saved us so much time that we moved the employee who was responsible for FDA Prior Notice to a different department. He hated making them anyway, so don’t worry — no employees were harmed in the making of this review.

We love it! The prior notice process was very complicated, and impossible for our suppliers. Our sister company made the app for us. Now we can’t imagine doing business without it!
